Instructions
Pre-heat pellet grill to 250F
Marinade Chicken
In a mixing bowl mix Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Red Pepper Flake and Sesame Oil
Pour Marinade into a sealable bag and add wing sections
Place marinade and chicken bag into refrigerator and marinade for an hour or more
Cooking the Wings
Remove the wing sections from the marinade and pat dry with a paper towel
Place the wings on the preheated grill and cook for 35-45 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F
Remove the chicken from the grill and set aside
Asian Zing Wing Sauce
In a saucepan add ketchup, garlic, diced ginger root, diced chili pepper, red pepper flake, onion powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Bring sauce to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes until sauce is reduced, stirring frequently to prevent sauce from burning
Finish Asian Zing Wings
When wings are to temperature and sauce is finished, spin wings in a bowl with sauce, completely coating all parts of the wings
Return sauced wings to a hot grill for 10 minutes
Remove wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallions
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce and fries
