Blackened Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 4 White Fish Fillets A sturdy white flaked fish like walleye works well
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Mix Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Chili Powder, and Cayenne Pepper in Bowl
  • Place fish fillets on plate and drizzle with olive oil
  • Coat fillets with seasoning
  • In a hot skillet place fillets
  • Cook on each side for 2 minutes
  • Place flour tortilla on plate
  • Place cooked fillets on tortilla
  • Top with cabbage slaw, cucumber slices, tomato or other vegetables
  • Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa
