Instructions
Prep Your Pork Ribs
Butterfly a pork shoulder into a 1-2 inch thick slab
Slice slab into 1 inch thick strips to create individual ribs
Rub Ribs
Place rib strips into a mixing bowl
Coat ribs with mustard
Sprinkle and coat ribs with rub
Smoke Ribs
Place coated ribs evenly on grill rack
Smoke at 225F for 2 hours
Remove from rack and place in an aluminum pan
Coat ribs in aluminum pan with your favorite sauce
Cover with aluminum foil and place back on the smoker for 1 hour
Serve Your Boneless Ribs
Remove aluminum pan from smoker and allow to rest for 10 minutes
Serve with your favorite side dish
