Equipment

  • 1 Pellet Grill
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Shoulder Roast
  • ½ Cup Yellow Mustard
  • ¾ Cup Pork Rub

Instructions

Prep Your Pork Ribs

  • Butterfly a pork shoulder into a 1-2 inch thick slab
  • Slice slab into 1 inch thick strips to create individual ribs

Rub Ribs

  • Place rib strips into a mixing bowl
  • Coat ribs with mustard
  • Sprinkle and coat ribs with rub

Smoke Ribs

  • Place coated ribs evenly on grill rack
  • Smoke at 225F for 2 hours
  • Remove from rack and place in an aluminum pan
  • Coat ribs in aluminum pan with your favorite sauce
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place back on the smoker for 1 hour

Serve Your Boneless Ribs

  • Remove aluminum pan from smoker and allow to rest for 10 minutes
  • Serve with your favorite side dish
