Breakfast Slider

This super simple breakfast slider can be made how you like it.

Equipment

  • 1 11x14 Sheet Pan
  • 1 Large Bread Knife Serrated edge works best
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Half and Half
  • ½ lb Sliced Deli Ham Black Forest or Brown Sugar
  • 8 Slices Deli Cheese

Optional Toppings

  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F
  • Using the bread knife, slice your buns through the middle parallel to the bottom of the buns
  • Split the top of the buns and set aside

Sheet Pan Eggs

  • In a separate bowl, beat 8 eggs and add half and half
  • Grease 11x14 pan and place a layer of parchment
  • Grease parchment and pour in eggs
  • Cook at 375F for 15-20 minutes until the center is cooked

Build Breakfast Sliders

  • On bottom layer of the buns, place your sheet pan eggs
  • Add a layer of deli meat
  • Add sliced cheese
  • Add your optional toppings and place on top bun
  • Place top of buns on top of layered slider
  • Brush with butter and mustard mixture
  • Place sliders on sheet pan and place in oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted
  • Remove sliders from oven and cut into individual sliders and serve.
