Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Pellet Grill Optional to Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatbread Crust
  • 1 Can Cooked Chicken 1 Chicken Breast Option
  • 1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheese Mozzarella and Provolone Blend
  • 1 Red Onion Thin Sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F or grill to 350F
  • Place flatbread on a flat surface
  • Spoon Alfredo sauce completely covering the crust. Be sure it is a thin layer.
  • Open the can of chicken and drain.
  • Using a spoon, chop the chicken up in the can
  • Spoon the chicken over the sauce, spreading out as completely as possible.
  • Using a chef knife and cutting board, slice the onion into thin slices
  • Layer the slices of the onion on the chicken.
  • Thaw frozen broccoli in the microwave
  • Spoon broccoli florets over the chicken and red onion.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the topping mixture
  • Place on the grill or in the oven and bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the grill and place on a cutting board.
  • Cut the flatbread into various shapes and sizes and serve in a family style feast.
