  • 1 Food Processor
  • 2 Baking Sheets
  • 1 Melon Baller

Ingredients

Chicken Nuggets

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cups Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour

Honey Mustard

  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup Yellow Mustard

Instructions

Chicken Nuggets

  • In a food processor add chicken breast and process for 30 seconds
  • Add eggs, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and flour and process for 30 seconds
  • Using a melon baller, scoop each nugget and place onto a baking sheet
  • Make sure your nuggets are separate and spaced to allow the heat to cook all sides and avoid nuggets
  • Bake your nuggets at 425F for 35 minutes until golden brown.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • Mix yellow mustard and honey in a bowl.
  • Serve with your baked chicken nuggets
