In a food processor add chicken breast and process for 30 seconds
Add eggs, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and flour and process for 30 seconds
Using a melon baller, scoop each nugget and place onto a baking sheet
Make sure your nuggets are separate and spaced to allow the heat to cook all sides and avoid nuggets
Bake your nuggets at 425F for 35 minutes until golden brown.
