  • 1 Food Dehydrator
  • 1 Pint Jar With Lid

Ingredients

  • 5 Whole Limes
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Chile Powder

Instructions

Dehydrate Your Limes

  • Slice limes into thin slices and place evenly on dehydrator trays
  • Dry limes for 8-10 hours until done to dry consistency
  • Remove from dehydrator and place in an airtight container

Grind Chile Lime Seasoning

  • Add limes, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, chile powder to food processor
  • Process for 1 to 2 minutes into a powder.
  • Pour ground seasoning into an airtight container and store in a dry place
  • Good for 1 month after
