Instructions
Pre-heat smoker to 225F
In a pan dump pork and beans cans
Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, siracha, and brown sugar
Bacon, onion, and pepper mixture
Dice bacon and render in a pan until crisp
Dice onion into small pieces and sauté with diced jalapeno in bacon fat
Dump all ingredients and bacon fat into pan with beans
Prepare for the Smoker
Stir all ingredients until completely incorporated
Place pan on the smoker and smoke at 225F for 2.5-3 Hours
Remove beans from smoker and serve as a side dish with any great protein
