Equipment

  • 1 9x13 Aluminum Pan

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. pork and beans 1 large can
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 lb. Bacon Diced and crisp
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Whole White Onion Diced
  • 2 Whole Jalapeno Pepper Seeded and Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Siracha Sauce

Instructions

  • Pre-heat smoker to 225F
  • In a pan dump pork and beans cans
  • Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, siracha, and brown sugar

Bacon, onion, and pepper mixture

  • Dice bacon and render in a pan until crisp
  • Dice onion into small pieces and sauté with diced jalapeno in bacon fat
  • Dump all ingredients and bacon fat into pan with beans

Prepare for the Smoker

  • Stir all ingredients until completely incorporated
  • Place pan on the smoker and smoke at 225F for 2.5-3 Hours
  • Remove beans from smoker and serve as a side dish with any great protein
