Equipment

  • 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Jelly Roll Pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen broccoli
  • ¼ Cup Frozen Butter Stick
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Coarse Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450F
  • Cover pan with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl dump frozen broccoli
  • Drizzle frozen broccoli with olive oil
  • Stir to coat the broccoli florets
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cumin to coat broccoli
  • Stir or toss to coat broccoli completely
  • Spread seasoned broccoli onto parchment
  • Place pallets of butter throughout the broccoli
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 450F until florets are charred and crisp
  • Remove from oven and serve with your choice of protein
