Slice baguettes in half vertically and then in half horizontally
In a nonstick pan, toast the interior of each quarter of the baguette until brown
Remove baguette from pan and layer sandwich with pork loin, ham, cheese, pickles
Spread top baguette with yellow mustard and assemble sandwich
Place sandwich, bottom side down, back in the pan and toast the bottom of the bread. As the sandwich is toasting press the top down with a press or spatula
Flip the sandwich over and toast the top crust of the sandwich. As the top is toasting press down on the bottom to create a crust on the sandwich.
Once the cheese is melted, serve your sandwich with your favorite side dish.
