Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf Italian Bread
  • 1 Stick Butter Softened
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Cups Cheddar Cheese Blend

Instructions

  • Slice Bread into two halves lengthwise
  • In a bowl mix butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
  • Spread butter over the two exposed halves of the loaf covering completely
  • Sprinkle cheese onto buttered surface and cover completely
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and cut into thick slices. Serve with your favorite soup or chili.
