Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dry ground mustard in a bowl
Coat both sides of chicken thighs with seasoning
Place seasoned chicken into slow cooker
Add 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
Add 1/3 cup honey (locally sourced is best)
Cook on high for 3 hours (Or set to low for 8 hours)
Once chicken is done cooking use two forks to shred and stir with remaining liquid in slow cooker
