Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 3 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • ½ Cup Pork Rub

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 350F
  • Rinse and dry pork tenderloin
  • Coat the tenderloin with yellow mustard. Be sure to completely coat
  • Coat all sides of the pork tenderloin with your favorite pork rub
  • Place rubbed pork tenderloin on grill grate and insert meat temperature probe
  • Grill the pork tenderloin until it reaches an internal temperature of 145F
  • Remove the grilled pork tenderloin from the heat and let rest
  • Rest tenderloin for 10 minutes and then slice into 1/2 inch medallions
  • Serve with your favorite set of side dishes.
