In a mixing bowl add mayo and ketchup. Mix completely together
Add hot sauce and red wine vinegar. Mix together
Dice 1/2 a red onion into a small dice. Add to the dressing base.
Add pickle relish. Stir together until completely coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator and use periodically. Will keep for up to 1 week.
