Heat skillet over medium heat
Add half of avocado oil and heat
Brown 1 pound of ground pork, making sure to break into smaller pieces
Drain and set aside in a separate bowl
Add other half of avocado oil to skillet and sauté ginger, garlic, carrots
Cook until carrots have softened add sesame oil and soy sauce
Add shredded cabbage and warm
Add cooked ground pork
Mix together and allow flavors to marry
Spoon into a bowl
Garnish with fried wonton strips
