Margherita Flatbread

  • 1 Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatbread Crust
  • 8 oz Pizza Sauce
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes
  • 8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Bundle Frush Basil
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Place flatbread on cutting board and spoon sauce covering completely
  • Layer mozzarrella cheese leaving gaps of sauce exposed.
  • Thinly slice roma tomatoes and spread evenly on the cheese slices
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese liberally on the tomatoes and cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated grill at 425F for 7-10 minutes (Until cheese is melted and browining)
  • Remove from heat and place on cutting board
  • Tear pieces of basil and spread evenly over entire flatbread
  • Cut into strips, triangles, or rectangles and serve hot.
