Ingredients

  • 3 lbs potato Yukon Gold and Red Potato
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Marjoram
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake

Instructions

  • Pre-Heat oven to 425F
  • In a mixing bowl coat potatoes with olive oil
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, basil, marjoram, and parsley
  • Toss potatoes in bowl and add grated parmesan
  • Toss potatoes in herb and cheese mixture until completely coated
  • Spread out on baking sheet and roast in oven for 45 minutes until fork tender
  • Serve as a side, or as an appetizer.
