Pre-Heat oven to 425F
In a mixing bowl coat potatoes with olive oil
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, basil, marjoram, and parsley
Toss potatoes in bowl and add grated parmesan
Toss potatoes in herb and cheese mixture until completely coated
Spread out on baking sheet and roast in oven for 45 minutes until fork tender
Serve as a side, or as an appetizer.
