Prep Beef
Cut chuck roast into 1-inch cubes
In a mixing bowl add beef cubes, mustard, and brisket rub
Mix and coat each piece of meat to ensure coating of beef
Smoke Beef Cubes
Preheat pellet grill to 225F
Evenly place beef cubes on rack and add them to smoker
Smoke for 2 hours and remove
Braise Beef Burnt Ends
Remove beef from rack and add to an aluminum pan
Add butter, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce
Cover with aluminum foil and place back onto the smoker
Braise for 2 hours and remove
Serve Burnt Ends
Serve your burnt ends with your favorite dipping sauce and sides on a plate
