  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Mustard
  • ¼ Cup Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, ground mustard, ground ginger, cumin, chili powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Place in an air tight container and shake to mix
  • Place air tight container in a dry place for storage
  • Use as much or little as necessary based on the cut of meat

Notes

This is a great seasoning mix to make in large quantities and keep on hand for the summer grilling season.
