Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400F
Slice squash lengthwise to split in half
1 Honeynut Squash
Using serving spoon, remove seeds from interior of cavity of squash
Place 2 Tbsp butter in each cavity
4 Tbsp Butter
Fall Season Blend
In a mixing bowl mix cinnamon, salt, pepper, clove and nutmeg
2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Black Pepper,
1/2 tsp Ground Clove,
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Sprinkle spice mixture over halved squash
Bake on baking sheet for 40 minutes
Squash is done when fork tender
Drizzle maple syrup over cooked squash
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Remove flesh from skin and mix all together in a bowl
Serve hot
