Instructions

Prepare your smoker

  • Pre-heat pellet grill to 250F

Chicken Prep

  • Remove chicken legs from packaging and place on a tray or platter
  • Cover with your choice rub completely

Smoking Chicken Legs

  • Place chicken legs on smoker spaced evenly allowing all sides to absorb smoke flavors
  • Smoke at 250F for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until chicken reaches 155F
  • Turn grill up to 350F and cook for an additional 20 minutes
  • Remove chicken from grill when chicken reaches 165F internally
  • Serve with your favorite sides
