Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Pork Loin
  • 1 Cup Pork Rub
  • Cup Yellow Mustard

Instructions

  • Remove pork loin from packaging and rinse and pat dry
  • Cover loin with binder, preferably yellow mustard
  • Coat with your favorite pork rub
  • Place on smoker at 180F
  • Smoke until interior temp reaches 90F
  • Increase grill temp to 250F and cook until internal temp reaches 145F
  • Remove from grill and allow loin to rest for 15 minutes
  • Slice thinly and serve on buns or slice thick as the main protein of your meal
