Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Cayenne Optional
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Pre-heat skillet over medium heat
  • Add avocado oil
  • Break up ground beef in pan and brown meat
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin and paprika
  • Make sure ground beef is browned
  • Add water and bring to a simmer
  • Simmer until water is almost gone
  • Serve meat hot
  • If you are going to freeze allow to cool before placing in freezer container
