Taco Pizza Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatbread crust Aldi
  • ½ Pound Chorizo Sausage Beef or Pork
  • ½ lb Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 1 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • ½ Cup Taco Sauce
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Bag Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Roma Tomato

Optional Toppings

  • 1 Can Black Olives
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Guacamole

Instructions

  • Preheat grill/oven to 400F
  • Remove crust from package and place on a flat surface
  • In a separate bowl mix pizza sauce and taco sauce
  • Spoon mixture over crust painting a thin layer on your crust covering all surfaces
  • In a skillet brown chorizo sausage
  • Spoon sausage covering sauce completely
  • Sprinkle cheese covering the layer of sausage and sauce
  • Sprinkle a small amount of diced onion across shredded cheese
  • Place flatbread directly on the grill grid or oven rack and bake for 7-10 minutes until crust is golden brown
  • While flatbread is cooking remove shredded lettuce from bag, dice tomato and onion to a small dice
  • Remove baked flatbread from grill and place on cutting board
  • Top with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes
  • Add optional toppings
  • Cut into small sections like triangles, small squares, or rectangles and serve
