Instructions
Mix Your Steak Seasoning
In a small mixing bowl mix together salt, pepper, dried minced onion, and garlic powder
Prepare The Steaks
Remove steak from refrigerator and let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes
Season generously with steak seasoning mixture on both sides of the steaks
Preheat grill to 250F
Reverse Sear The Steaks
Place the steaks on the grill grate
Smoke steaks for 25 minutes at 250F
Sear Steaks
Increase grill heat to 350F
Cook at this temperature for 10 minutes to finish steaks off
Rest Your Steaks
Remove steak from heat and place on a platter
Let rest for 10 minutes
Sauté` Vegetables
Slice Onion, Peppers, and Mushrooms to thin slices
Add olive oil to a hot skillet and cook vegetables until onions are translucent
Serve The Steak
Slice into thin slices and serve with your favorite sides
Top with sautéed onions, pepper, and mushrooms
