Equipment

  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Pellet Grill Hardwood Pellets Work Best
  • 1 skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 T-Bone Steaks
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Minced Onion

Sautéed Vegetables

  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Package White Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

Mix Your Steak Seasoning

  • In a small mixing bowl mix together salt, pepper, dried minced onion, and garlic powder

Prepare The Steaks

  • Remove steak from refrigerator and let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes

  • Season generously with steak seasoning mixture on both sides of the steaks
  • Preheat grill to 250F

Reverse Sear The Steaks

  • Place the steaks on the grill grate
  • Smoke steaks for 25 minutes at 250F

Sear Steaks

  • Increase grill heat to 350F
  • Cook at this temperature for 10 minutes to finish steaks off

Rest Your Steaks

  • Remove steak from heat and place on a platter
    Grilled whole T-Bone steak.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes

Sauté` Vegetables

  • Slice Onion, Peppers, and Mushrooms to thin slices

  • Add olive oil to a hot skillet and cook vegetables until onions are translucent

Serve The Steak

  • Slice into thin slices and serve with your favorite sides
  • Top with sautéed onions, pepper, and mushrooms
