  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Glass Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 8 Medium Size Potatoes
  • 1 Block Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 6 Cups Cold Water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Wash and peel the potatoes
  • Cut the potatoes into equal size pieces, smaller is better
  • Add cold water to a pot and add your potato pieces
  • Boil potatoes on medium high until the potatoes are fork tender
  • Drain the potatoes from water but don't rinse
  • Add drained potatoes to the large mixing bowl
  • Add milk, butter, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic and onion powders, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese to a large mixing bowl
  • Mash ingredients together until they reach a smooth consistency
  • Grease a glass baking dish
  • Dump potato mixture into the baking dish
  • Place baking dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until top is golden brown.
